Continuing from yesterday, I will admit this is the same walk – there were too many different photos to share in just one day’s post!
After walking along the trackway and through a field, we neared the top of the hill. This is where decent shoes come in handy – you can just about make out the route the path takes in this photo.
The main part of the hill isn’t farmed at all, and the grass is kept under control by a herd of cows. This one seemed interested in watching us struggle up that pathway, no doubt wondering why we made it look so challenging!
It’s worth the effort though, with a spectacular view from the top on a clear day.
