It always makes for a decent photo when the driver is willing to pose while heading round to the parade ring! Unfortunately my camera was on the wrong setting for the low light (the rain was heading in again), so half the car is blurred, but that makes for a good action shot, right?
Could anyone guess I took around 700 photos during the afternoon at the Bath Festival of Motoring?
It wasn’t just old cars at the Festival of Motoring, there were also some more modern classics as well.
One of the two main charities supported by this year’s Festival of Motoring is the Freewheelers EVS, probably better known as the Blood bikes.
Rather than watching the cars do three laps of the parade ring, I decided it was much better to take my photos while they were queuing to enter the ring.
Unfortunately, the ID numbers in my programme don’t match the ones displayed on the cars, so I hope my car identification under each photo is accurate! If I’ve missed any, or made a mistake, then please let me know in the comments.
Ok, I will admit I went to the Festival of Motoring yesterday, but the majority of the cars were being shown on both days.

The Bath Festival of Motoring is being held this weekend, and much like last year, the weather was determined to put a bit of a damper on things! The rain didn’t stop the exhibitors though, and the sunny spells helped show off the cars.
