										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you noticed the Walcot Street Pop-up Garden? If you normally head along Walcot Street from the London Road towards the city centre, you might not have spotted it on the left just before the cattle market car park.</p>
<p>The planters and seats have livened up a very drab spot, which was enhanced by the Christmas tree and new &#8216;Artisan Quarter&#8217; sign.</p>
