]]> With most of the firework displays being called off this year, the 23rd Bath (Avonvale) Scouts had a clever solution – Fireworks at your Fence! They had a single firework set off 30 minutes and 15 minutes before the display started, which came in handy when I realised I didn’t have my camera set up at quite the right angle

Adjusting the angle, and zooming out a little (just in case), I resisted the temptation to take photos of the other private fireworks “displays” happening nearby, in readiness for Fireworks at your Fence to begin!

It was a fantastic display, and I had the best view of any fireworks display I’ve seen in years (I prefer to watch them from a distance anyway). I was able to stay indoors and get these photos through the window, which makes it even better!
