Up next in the Owl Auction is Oswold, who is lot #32 and was perched at Whitehall Garden Centre for the summer.

Starting the second half of lots for the Owl Auction, is the incredibly detailed Mowlberry Beak, who was perched at the Mulberry Park development on Bradford Road.

Near enough half way through the lots (you can’t have half a lot!), is Madame Chouette who could be found outside Cafe Rouge in Milsom Street during the summer.

I hadn’t spotted Madame Chouette’s headdress detailing until the Owls Hoot Farewell event – the tables behind her were quite busy whenever I passed during the owl trail, so there wasn’t always a chance to get a close look.

Lot 29 is what I would describe as the most creative owl from the Owl Trail – Lumin15, who had its own shed at Waterhouse Guest House during the summer.

Lot 28 was found perched in the Victoria Art Gallery, replacing an owl that didn’t make it to the trail – meet Kid Cre’Owl. Signed by celebrities who were in Bath, Kid Cre’Owl had a simple design, but the autographs made it interesting to view in detail to try and identify all the signatures.

Gemini is the 27th lot in the Owl Auction, and could be found in Orange Grove during the summer. I had thought that Gemini looked a little ‘plain’ when I was doing the Owl Trail, but maybe that was down to the super strong sunlight, or the brown “grass” – at the Hoot Farewell Gemini looked perfectly coloured, and certainly didn’t look plain or boring.

One of the longer named owls is the 26th lot – Emma the Community Rail Owl, who (of course) was perched outside Bath Spa Station during the summer.

Getting close to half way through the lots, Artis is lot #25. Previously perched outside the Abbey Hotel, the Owls Hoot Farewell was my first chance to see the detail painted on the back, as it was a bit too busy to see the back when I was doing the Owl Trail itself.

The 24th lot in the Owl Auction is Bubo, who was perched next to Festiv’Owl in the Pump Rooms over the summer.

Moving on to lot 23, it’s Cornucopi-owl who had a prime spot outside the Ivy in Milsom Street during the summer.
