										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today is proving a great day for cloud watching. Some look quite &#8216;ordinary&#8217; but like I found earlier in the week, there&#8217;s a few that look suitably unusual&#8230;.</p>
<p>Such as this one, which seemed to have a shadow cast on it at the base of the photo &#8211; I&#8217;m guessing the sunlight was just strong enough at that point to make the shadow look so dark.</p>

<p>Then we have the &#8216;combination&#8217; clouds, with a real mixture! Looking at the <a href="http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/learning/clouds/cloud-spotting-guide" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Met Office Cloud Identification page</a>, it would appear to be a combination of cirrocumulus, altostratus and possibly stratus&#8230;. although I could be entirely wrong on that!</p>
