<p>According to <a href="http://www.uksafari.com/redadmirals.htm" target="_blank">UK Safari</a>, Red Admirals love buddleia flowers, but also feed on windfall apples and plums. Hopefully there&#8217;ll be plenty of those about soon.</p>
