After walking along the trackway and through a field, we neared the top of the hill. This is where decent shoes come in handy – you can just about make out the route the path takes in this photo.

Dragon Goes Wild - Day 71 - Steep pathway

The main part of the hill isn’t farmed at all, and the grass is kept under control by a herd of cows. This one seemed interested in watching us struggle up that pathway, no doubt wondering why we made it look so challenging!

It’s worth the effort though, with a spectacular view from the top on a clear day.
