Wild Walcot

The pop-up garden in Walcot Street is looking great – it was quite challenging to find a time to get a photograph when nobody was there!

And speaking of trying to get photos while nobody was there, that’s almost impossible for Wisteria Walk in SouthGate!

Stunning Blossom

Sometimes it’s not the buildings that catch my eye, but a particularly stunning tree – this one was along Camden Road, and certainly brightened up a dull grey afternoon.

Walcot Street

Have you noticed the Walcot Street Pop-up Garden? If you normally head along Walcot Street from the London Road towards the city centre, you might not have spotted it on the left just before the cattle market car park.

The planters and seats have livened up a very drab spot, which was enhanced by the Christmas tree and new ‘Artisan Quarter’ sign.

Further along the street, I spotted this vintage van parked up by St Michael’s Without.
