It’s not just classic cars at the Bath Festival of Motoring – there were also supercar rides running on a regular basis. These supercars ranged from a 1971 Datsun 240z, to a 2007 Porsche Boxster, and from the sound of them pulling out onto the main road, it was a popular feature of the show!
It wouldn’t be a Festival of Motoring that I’ve been to, if it didn’t rain at least once during the afternoon, and of course this year ran true to form!
Driving around the parade ring with an umbrella up doesn’t seem the easiest of tasks!
Once the sun came out again, the rain quickly evaporated off the tents, making it look like the food stalls were steaming.
Just a couple of photos today – maybe next year I need to concentrate on taking photos of all the ornaments I can spot, as I’m sure there were more than just these two!
It always makes for a decent photo when the driver is willing to pose while heading round to the parade ring! Unfortunately my camera was on the wrong setting for the low light (the rain was heading in again), so half the car is blurred, but that makes for a good action shot, right?
Could anyone guess I took around 700 photos during the afternoon at the Bath Festival of Motoring?
